Dymax EMAX 10070 UV-curable liquid gasket combines the flexibility of Form-In-Place technology (FIP) with the processing advantages of UV curing to provide manufacturers the most productive and flexible way to create gaskets. This product cures completely in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light.

A Dymax UV/Visible curing station or conveyor can be inserted directly into assembly operations to reduce work in process and eliminate costly steps of racking, stacking, and unracking used with slower curing gaskets. This silicone-free gasket does not contain acetic acid. EMAX 10070 gasket is unique in its ability to be in-line tested immediately following UV cure. Compression set improves if the gasket cools below 30°C (from ~60°C) before assembly. This product is in full compliance with the RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC and 2003/11/EC.
